4.1 AI-Generated Art Ownership

When you create AI-Generated Art through our Service:

  • You retain ownership of the AI-Generated Art you create.
  • You grant ArtifactAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the AI-Generated Art for the purpose of providing and promoting our Service.
  • When you sell physical products featuring your AI-Generated Art through our platform, you authorize us to reproduce your art on those products.

5. User Content Guidelines

You may not use our Service to generate, upload, or share content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights
  • Contains sexually explicit content, excessive violence, or promotes discrimination
  • Impersonates any person or entity or falsely states or misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity
  • Contains personal or identifying information about another person without their explicit consent
  • Is designed to deceive or mislead other users or the public

6. Purchases and Payments

If you wish to purchase products or services made available through the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase, including your credit card details, billing address, and shipping information.
